About DJ Joel
DJ Joel grew up in the Bay Area on a healthy diet of soul, disco, synthpop and modern rock, and then he came of age on the dancefloor at raves. Since 2001, he's been behind the decks sharing the love where he can. His first residency was at The Bar in San Francisco's Castro district. Since then, he's played with Ellen Ferrato and the InHouse Records crew at Sugar. In 2006, he started a weekly party called Bent with DJs Raf_One and Juan Segovia. Recently, he's been a guest DJ at David Harness' Royalty nights.
